Mitsuwa had their annual bluefin tuna cutting demonstration this weekend. Amy and Jason came over and we went to see the noon performance. The crowd is five or more deep. The guy claimed that it will be better than anything you can get from Nobu, Masa, or Yasuda. We saw the 680 pound fish
